Mexican Manuel Uribe, once the world's most obese man, celebrated his 43rd birthday yesterday with his third outing in six years.
Sitting on his huge reinforced bed, he was dragged from his garage bedroom on to the pavement outside his house in Monterrey to receive presents of suckling pig and lamb.
Uribe weighed 324kg last month after losing 235kg since March 2006.
He is unable to move his legs and his dream is to walk again.
