Ex-spy accused of Litvinenko murder
LONDON - Moscow authorities said they would refuse to hand over the man accused of murdering Alexander Litvinenko in London last November, which has thrown Russia's relations with Britain into crisis.
Andrei Lugovoy, who met Mr Litvinenko on the day he was poisoned, has denied murder, claiming that the accusations are politically motivated.
"I did not kill Litvinenko, I have no relation to his death and I can only express well-founded distrust for the so-called basis of proof collected by British judicial officials," he said.

Bomb in Turkish shopping mall kills six
ANKARA - A powerful bomb outside a crowded shopping mall in Turkey's capital Ankara killed six people and injured at least 80 others.
It was believed to be the worst in at least a decade. There was no immediate claim of responsibility but all eyes were on separatist Kurdish rebels.
Analysts believe the blast was certain to raise tension ahead of July general elections.

Truce lets Palestinians flee Lebanon camp
NAHR AL-BARED, Lebanon - Thousands of Palestinians fled a battered refugee camp in north Lebanon when a fragile truce fierce battles between Lebanese army troops and Islamist militants.
Aid groups used the periods of calm to deliver essential supplies to the camp.
At least 22 militants, 32 soldiers and 27 civilians have been killed since the army and the militant Islamist group Fatah al-Islam began fighting three days ago.
