Ann Coyne was peering over the prostrate figure of alleged Shepherd's Bush bomber Hussain Osman when she noticed a thick yellow substance oozing from the bag on his back.
It was only then that her mother-in-law pulled her away, warning that the young man was a bomber.
The evidence was presented during the trial of six men accused of plotting to murder in the attempted bombings in London in 2005.
