Watch: Rats named Jon Stewart and Stephen Hawking train to save lives in Tanzania

Rats are being trained to sniff out landmines and tuberculosis in Tanzania as part of a project which could one day use rodents to diagnose cancer. Landmines continue to maim and kill across Africa and Asia but with the rats' help the Belgian nonprofit organisation Apopo has already neutralised 83,000 of the weapons.
