Shane Warne is looking for somewhere sexy to take Liz Hurley for lunch in Melbourne, and spaghetti on toast won't cut it.
The lovebirds have been bedded down behind security screens and high gates at Warne's Brighton home since the English actress and model arrived in Melbourne on Tuesday night.
They had been uncharacteristically quiet in the "Twittersphere" but on Thursday morning were back at it.
Hurley tweeted: "Loving Australia....."
Warne, in turn, sent out a call for suggestions for the sexiest place in Melbourne to take his lover for lunch.
"Where is the sexiest place to take Elizabeth for lunch? Suggestions please? Chapel St? Crown? And no - not for spaghetti on toast!!!"
And after sending the paparazzi into a spin after turning his home into a "love nest", the cricket great was back to teasing the media in his tweets on Thursday.
Warne, 41, had apparently shipped in all manner of indulgent goodies - News Limited reported the delivery of a large item which looked "suspiciously" like a new mattress, while other media even saw scented bath candles arrive at the mansion.
Warne on Thursday set the record straight: "Ps for the record - my so-called big delivery to my house was not a matress (sic) it was a coffee table, sorry to disappoint!"
Not only is he keen to impress the 45-year-old beauty whose last two lovers - Arun Nayar and Steve Bing - are billionaires, he's obviously serious about his new relationship, introducing Hurley to his mother.
One of the few times the gates of his mansion opened on Wednesday was for a visit from Warne's mother Brigitte.
His three children, however, had reportedly been sent around the corner to their mother Simone's house.
Paparazzi have been camped outside Warne's home, and choppers have hovered overhead, since Hurley was met by a pack of photographers when she flew in to Melbourne Airport on Tuesday night.
The Hurley-Warne affair was played out very publicly last year as they exchanged flirtatious tweets for the world to see.
