Ukraine minister 'too drunk to fly'

Ukraine's controversial Interior Minister has resigned over alleged misconduct at a German airport.

German media reports said Yuriy Lutsenko and his son were prevented by police at Frankfurt airport from boarding a plane last week on suspicion they were extremely drunk.
