LONDON (AP) A prominent British disc jockey has been charged with two more counts of indecent assault on top of the 11 he is already facing.
DJ Dave Lee Travis whose real name is David Patrick Griffin was arrested in November as part of a wide-ranging police inquiry that began by looking into allegations against the late Jimmy Savile, a BBC TV host suspected of abusing hundreds of underage girls.
Travis, who has denied any wrongdoing, was charged in August with 11 counts of indecent assault and one count of sexual assault dating from 1977 to 2007.
Police said Tuesday they are adding two more charges of indecent assault that allegedly took place between January 1992 and December 1993.
Griffin, 68, is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
