Ugandan President's bizarre speech about oral sex

President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has given a speech in which he expressed his views on oral sex.

In the address, the country's leader talked about practices "promoted by outsiders" and then went on to say that "the mouth is for eating, not for sex".

The President's views are in line with Uganda's strict laws against homosexuality, which is punishable by a long prison sentence.

Those laws were initially introduced into Uganda by the British Empire. Just this week, British Prime Minister Theresa May said she "deeply regrets" Britain's involvement in those laws.

At the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting earlier this week, May said "nobody should face discrimination or persecution because of who they are or who they love".

"The UK stands ready to help any Commonwealth member wanting to reform outdated legislation that makes such discrimination possible," she added.
