The owner of a Venezuelan television channel critical of President Hugo Chavez said yesterday he had no plans to surrender despite an order for his arrest.
Guillermo Zuloaga, main shareholder in Globovision, said from a secret location that prosecutors wanted to arrest him to curb his channel's criticism.
He is awaiting trial for usury and conspiracy.
