An Auckland woman whose family is stuck in Bangkok says travellers affected by the crisis in Thailand are not getting enough help.
Melanie Wium's husband and two sons were on their way to South Africa.
They were waiting for a connection in Bangkok when protestors brought the airport to a standstill.
Mrs Wium says they have not been able to get in contact with Thai Airways and have had no assurances or help.
