Tourist's explosive cargo

An American who told customs officers dynamite he carried in his bags on a flight home from Argentina was a souvenir could face up to 10 years in prison and steep fines.

Howard MacFarland Fish, 21, carried a small stick of dynamite, a fuse and a blasting cap with him on the plane.
