They bring attention to a gunshot wound and note that a fisherman may have fired at the reptile to protect the fish stock from the predator.
To save the anaconda's life, the rescuers escort the snake to a nearby lagoon four miles away from the reserve.
On the journey a young rescuer notes that the snake is four-years-old, five metres long and that it weighs more than 100kgs (220 lbs).
Once the group arrive they release the snake from the bag and pull it back into the water.
The French couple captured the footage while visiting Los Llanos in 2013, but the video has only recently been released.
