Top toxic cities

Philadelphia, Bakersfield and Fresno are the most toxic cities in America, a study that looked at air and water quality in metropolitan areas shows.

"The Philadelphia area has really poor water quality, and a hefty amount of toxic releases," said Morgan Brennan, of researcher forbes.com.

New York City and Baton Rouge, in Louisiana rounded out the top five.
