The behind portrayals of Margaret Thatcher and Marilyn Monroe are set to face off at next month's British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards ceremony - as will their characters' iconic hairdos.
Meryl Streep remains the favourite for the leading actress Bafta with her Thatcher portrayal in The Iron Lady.
Yet she will face strong competition from Michelle Williams of My Week with Marilyn. Vying for the award for make-up and hair are Marese Langan for The Iron Lady and Jenny Shircore on Marilyn.
