A driver led Texas police on a slow-speed chase for nearly three hours this morning.
According to kcentv.com the chase ended when a Fort Worth SWAT vehicle side-swiped the suspect's car.
The car had been travelling at extremely slow speeds for the majority of the chase with its hazard lights on. Sometimes the driver would stop the vehicle completely, only to start again soon after.
The man inside the car spoke to crisis negotiators on the phone for more than an hour.
He was a known drug dealer who had spent time in prison.
