A Texas mayor can't enter the city he leads until a court case against him is over, but he still plans to run it.
Bobby Hill, 61, has been charged with stealing US$9000 ($13,000) from Bartlett, 95km outside Austin.
State District Judge Ken Anderson ruled that until the case is over, Hill must live outside city limits.
"He can do the job from wherever he's at," said his lawyer, Marc Ranc.
