A man is under police guard in hospital after a teenager was stabbed to death at a Sydney train station, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Police were called to Bankstown train station about 6.50pm yesterday, after reports of a brawl between a group of men on a platform.
A knife was produced during the fight, which involved three males, aged 16, 22, and 15, police said.
The 16-year-old was stabbed during the altercation. He was given CPR by paramedics but died at the station, police said.
The 22-year-old man sustained stab wounds to his head and body and was taken to hospital in a serious condition. He remains there under police guard, the SMH said.
