Two men have been stabbed during an apparent road rage incident in Sydney's west, police say.
A 26-year-old woman was driving along Guildford Road, Guildford, when a Mitsubishi Pajero four-wheel-drive performed a U-turn in front of her, forcing her to brake suddenly and sound the horn, police said.
The woman and her three passengers - two male and one female - continued travelling along Guildford Road and, a short time later, realised the Pajero was following them.
A fight then followed when both drivers stopped their vehicles and all occupants got out.
The woman and her passengers were confronted by three men from the Pajero - one of whom allegedly produced a knife and started swinging it in their direction.
A 21-year-old man received a stab wound to his stomach and a 24-year-old man sustained two slash wounds to the stomach.
The offenders then fled in the Pajero, which was later found in Merrylands.
The victims were taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
