A suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into a minibus carrying Afghan soldiers south of Kabul last night, leaving at least 13 people dead and 20 others wounded.
The blast happened on the last morning of United States Defence Secretary Robert Gates' two-day visit to Afghanistan. The Taleban claimed responsibility for the attack.
