The Australian and New South Wales governments are arguing over who can ban a radical Islamic group.
NSW Premier Morris Iemma yesterday repeated demands for the federal government to outlaw Hizb ut-Tahrir, saying its leaders advocate holy war with Australia.
But the Government insists it can't use anti-terror laws against the group, but NSW can ban it if it wants.
