POLAND - Polish police have arrested a youth suspected of murdering a Belgian teenager who was stabbed five times in the chest after refusing to give up his MP3 music player in the Central station in Brussels.
The death of 17-year-old Joe Van Holsbeeck during the evening rush hour provoked a wave of shock in Belgium and prompted an estimated 80,000 people to march in the capital.
Police said the main suspect, of Polish origin, was arrested in Suwalki, a city in northeast Poland.
