A Melbourne man accidentally shot his neighbour through two shed walls while cleaning his rifle.
A live round remained in the rifle as the man cleaned it in his shed at Dennington, near Warrnambool. The rifle discharged, sending the bullet through the wall and into a neighbour's shed, where it grazed the neighbour's leg. The injured man was taken to hospital.
A 21-year-old man handed himself in to police and surrendered his firearm.
