An eight-month-old baby is among seven people who were injured when a car ploughed into a group of pedestrians on Sydney's north shore this afternoon.
The baby was rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital after a 50-year-old man had a medical episode and drove his SUV into pedestrians on the corner of Victoria Ave and Anderson St, Chatswood.
A woman was flown to Royal North Shore Hospital with serious injuries and the four others, including the baby, were also taken to hospital for treatment.
Police confirmed there was "nothing untoward" about the accident and the driver was helping them with their inquiries at the scene.
