Hackers are reported to have taken over the YouTube page of children's programme "Sesame Street" - and filling it with adult content.
CNN reports the page has since been taken down, after users who visited the site had earlier found explicit sex videos instead of the Muppets.
Visitor to the YouTube page are told the channel is no longer available.
The show's producers PBS, and YouTube owner Google have declined to comment.
CNN said a message posted on the page before its removal claimed responsibility in the names of two other YouTube users, one of whom denied responsibility in a statement on his own page.
