Rescue workers in Pakistan, where an estimated 35,000 people died in last week's earthquake, have said there is virtually no hope of finding more survivors in the rubble.
The rescue effort was therefore focussing on providing food and shelter to around 2 million people left homeless by the disaster.
Heavy rains were forecast for the area this weekend and officials warned rebuilding would take up to a decade.
