The search for an Australian manto play Jesus for a worldwide TV audience of around one billion has been narrowed down to four. All are in the 25-30 age group and allare Catholics.
The re-enactment of the final stages in the life of Jesusis to be presented in Sydney in Julyas part of the Catholic Church'sWorld Youth Day. The re-enactment, known as the Stations of the Cross, will take place at key locations around Sydney, including the Opera House.
All four Jesus hopefuls said they would seek divine assistance for the role.
The winner will be announced this week.
