Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd put a consoling arm around the Rev Bruce Banton and said: "Well done, pastor." The pastor was standing in the rain after leading the funeral service for the second of his brothers to die of asbestos disease.
Bernie Banton, 61, was the best known of the Banton brothers. His older brother Ted also died from the asbestos-related cancer mesothelioma in 2001, aged 67.
