Robbers strike in undies and oil

Robbers who strike while wearing only underwear, their bodies slathered with oil to make them slippery and harder to catch, have surfaced in Cambodia.

Two unidentified, underwear-clad burglars have been robbing homes in the southern province of Takeo, according to the Cambodia Daily.
