Report due after British election

Britain's Government says a report into the British Army killing of 13 Irish nationalist protesters on Northern Ireland's "Bloody Sunday" in 1972 won't be published until after the country's May election.

The investigation has run six years past its planned publication date and cost £200 million ($430 million).
