Prince Charles and his wife Camilla have touched down in Brisbane for the start of their official visit, which will include opening the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games tonight.
The royal couple arrived on a RAAF plane after reportedly spending time visiting friends in Gundagai in country New South Wales.
Prince Charles wearing a pale grey suit, headed down the stairs with Camilla in a light green dress.
Queensland State Development Minister Cameron Dick was on hand to greet them shortly before their car headed for the official welcome at Old Government House.
They'll also inspect the guard and 21 gun-salute, before taking a more informal stroll through the botanic gardens.
