President Barack Obama's elder daughter, 11-year-old Malia, wears her views on nuclear weapons during a tour of Rome while her father is at the G8 summit in Italy.
She was photographed leaving a Rome gelato shop in a T-shirt bearing the symbol of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament.
Her views appear to mirror those of her father - Obama has said ridding the world of nuclear weapons is a long-term aim, although he still controls an arsenal of several thousand nuclear warheads.
He announced on Wednesday that he planned to hold a nuclear security summit in Washington next year. Deputy National Security Adviser Mark Lippert said Obama believed nuclear terrorism was the most immediate threat to US security.
