Beatte Telle, the ex-model at the centre of a lurid libel case in which film director Roman Polanski won £50,000 ($126,700) in damages against Vanity Fair magazine, has backed the filmmaker's version of events.
The magazine claimed that he had made sexual advances to Telle in a restaurant just after the 1969 killing of his wife Sharon Tate.
Telle, now 59, said Polanski never spoke to her at all.
