Three British contractors were feared dead last night after a passenger plane crashed in a remote mountain region in Afghanistan, the Daily Express reported.
David Taylor, Chris Carter and Daniel Saville were among 44 people believed to have been killed.
Sources said the men were working in the region as security contractors.
It was not clear if the plane was shot down by militants or came down in treacherous weather conditions.
