Philippines security forces recaptured a second soldier who escaped last month on mutiny charges. Lieutenant Lawrence San Juan was picked up in San Felipe village, about 100km south of Manila.
Last month, Army intelligence teams re-arrested Captain Nicanor Faeldon, after 44 days as a fugitive.
