Philippines cops punished over bus deaths

The Philippines has suspended four policemen who led an assault to end a hostage crisis in which eight Hong Kong tourists were killed, the national police spokesman says.

The four were leaders of a 200-strong SWAT team that tried to end a day-long hostage drama on Monday that began when a former officer hijacked a busload of tourists.
