A passenger has captured the incredible moment his plane was struck by lightning while in the air.
Lee Carseldine was on a flight bound for Brisbane during a severe thunderstorm.
He posted the video on Twitter on Monday, alongside the caption: "Remind me never again to fly into Brisbane in November late at night."
According to AAP, the storms passed through Queensland on Monday night without causing too much damage.
The State Emergency Service received 16 calls for help, mainly for minor jobs like leaking roofs.
