Three Palestinian militants were killed in Israeli helicopter raids in Gaza City yesterday, just hours before a crucial Cabinet meeting to consider Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's revised plan to withdraw from the Gaza Strip.
Among those killed were local heads of Hamas' military wing Wahel el-Nasser and Mohammed al-Sarsur, both aged 30.
