One person has died with several more injured after a man drove a vehicle into a crowd in the Finnish capital of Helsinki.
Police say they have arrested the driver, who is in his 50s and appeared to be intoxicated, the Daily Mail reported.
It is believed the vehicle ploughed into pedestrians in the centre of the city and four people have been taken to hospital.
Several others were treated at the scene which was briefly sealed off by the authorities.
