Official end for Sharon's leadership

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will be declared permanently incapacitated tomorrow, a decision that will signal the official end of his reign, the Justice Ministry said.

Sharon, 78, was declared temporarily incapacitated after he lapsed into a coma after a stroke on January 4.
