Three Fijians and an Indian businessman have been accused of running a human trafficking racket selling jobs in New Zealand.
At a trial that started in Suva yesterday, the Director of Public Prosecutions alleged the four had brought 12 Indian nationals into the country, the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation reported.
The 12 were allegedly tricked into paying between $F6000 ($4400) to $F8000 for jobs in NZ and Australia.
