An exclusive Austrian ski resort is to restrict the number of Russian tourists after an influx of "brash" visitors with "money can buy you anything" attitudes left local high society and hoteliers seething.
Kitzbuhel, a village of 8500, is to cap the number of Russians to 10 per cent of visitors in an attempt to inject "international variety" back into the community.
Tourism chief Renate Dahler said hotels had agreed to tell Russians that there were no rooms left if their countrymen exceeded more than 10 per cent of guests.
