Kim Jong Il's personal armoured train has started moving again, the latest indication the North Korean totalitarian leader has recovered from a reported August stroke, Seoul's Chosun Ilbo newspaper reports.
The train had reportedly been sitting idle for months.
The paper says 66-year-old Kim appears to have been discharged from hospital in October.
