No jail for Somali tyrant's nephew

The nephew of a Somali dictator has avoided jail in Australia for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl on the same night he celebrated his engagement.

Omar Artan, 21, who has won an award from the police chief commissioner for his work with African youth, had sex with the drunk girl after meeting her at a suburban Melbourne service station last October.

Judge Roy Punshon gave Artan a two-year jail term suspended for two years.
