A man accused of knife fighting with his cousin has been arrested under Michigan's duelling law.
Police said James Moore stabbed his nephew in September after he brandished a knife after his nephew accepted a challenge to a fight.
Michigan's anti-duelling law - which has been on the books since 1846 - carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a US$5000 ($7430) fine. It is rarely enforced.
No duelling - by order
