Nine illegal immigrants found under train

London immigration officials have questioned nine illegal immigrants discovered hidden beneath a Eurostar train from Paris yesterday.

The immigrants were found after passengers on board the 300km per hour train heard frantic banging noises and notified police.

A girl aged three was found among the group when it arrived at London's Waterloo station.

The group said they were from Romania and have claimed asylum.
