The Manhattan district attorney's office is investigating an accusation that Greg Kelly, a New York television anchor who is a son of Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, raped a woman last October, the New York Times reported citing law enforcement officials and Kelly's lawyer.
The case has been handed over to the office of the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus Vance jnr. Kelly, 43, denied the accusation, the newspaper said. The woman, who is in her late 20s or early 30s, made a complaint to police on Wednesday.
