The New York subway is a world of weird sights. However it's becoming more common to see people carrying all size and breeds of dog in their shopping bag as commuters try to circumvent the transportation rules which state: "No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container."
But there is a little loophole in these rules. They say nothing about the size of the animal, and this is how animal lovers used this to avoid a fine.
And in the current social climate it's no surprise to see a warning of the hazards of chasing Pokemon around a subway station either.
