KEY POINTS:
A second man has been charged with the murders of two French students, who were found bound, stabbed and burned in a southeast London flat.
Daniel Sonnex, 23, from Peckham, also in southeast London, was charged with murdering Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo and will appear in court today.
Nigel Farmer, 33, appeared last week.
