A Victorian motorist allegedly caught driving the wrong way for 30km along a Melbourne freeway is facing charges of drink-driving and endangering life after being allegedly clocked at 100km/h without headlights down the Westgate freeway early yesterday.
"I don't think I actually put anyone in real danger ... I never came close to hitting anyone," Jarrod Cartwright, 27, said.
