The devastated mother added: 'Have you ever been riding on a mountain road - feeling free just you and your bike?
'That's what my son Lewis was doing when he was killed in a tragic motorbike incident.
'He was care-free and innocent - doing what he loved to do the most in life, riding his motorbike.'
An inquest into the death last year was told the fatal crash happened on the Mountain Road.
A German rider, also killed, was overtaking when the bikes collided and burst into flames, according to the police.
The crash happened during the Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling but was not connected to the event.
Ms Clark said: 'He wasn't racing or speeding, he was alcohol and drug-free.
'He traveled to the TT races... he came home silent, broken and dead.
'My son, aged 22, came home in a coffin.
'It's the news no parent should ever have to receive.
'I will never hear his voice or see that lovely smile that could light up a room.
'Another biker travelling in the opposite direction overtook another bike, came on to my son's side of the road and crashed head on into Lewis.'
A spokesman for the Isle of Man Constabulary Road Policing Unit said: 'Please be aware that images of a high speed collision between two motorcycles are shown towards the end of the footage - a very sad affair but let us all learn from the incident.
'Think of the loved ones you would leave behind the next time you consider a dangerous or careless manoeuvre.'
